Penmaenmawr Quarry has existed since Neolithic times. This is true, but what I'm interested in is the current incarnation. The site has had little investment over the last 20 years other than those coming from grants and the serendipity of the A55 when they got a new rail head from the Welsh office. A bit blurry, you have to be quick. This is in regular use most mornings. Seriously though, this stuff is dangerous. True they try to button up the place as tight as possible and they have their staff trained like the Gestapo but kids will always find this attractive. There is no investment and no pride in the equipment. I've only just started this site there are lots and lots of these pictures. I will be creating a thumbnail archive ASAP. A |
